11. Spooky Tree Monster Face with Glowing Pupils

11

Turn a large, mature tree in your front yard into a living, breathing monster that guards your property. Using thick, weather-resistant craft foam, cardboard, or lightweight plywood, cut out two large, menacing eyes and a wide, jagged mouth filled with sharp teeth. Paint the pieces with outdoor-safe acrylic paints, using bright yellows, oranges, and reds to make them stand out against the dark bark of the tree. Attach the facial features to the tree trunk using heavy-duty outdoor mounting tape or secure straps that won’t damage the tree. For an extra-spooky nighttime effect, add glow-in-the-dark paint to the pupils and teeth so they naturally charge during the day and glow ominously all night long.
