4. Spooky Spider Web Pizza
Who doesn’t love pizza for lunch? Give this universal favorite a creepy-crawly makeover with a customized cheese spider web. Start with a personal-sized pre-baked pizza crust, an English muffin, or a pita bread. Spread a thin layer of rich marinara sauce across the surface. To create the spider web, cut low-moisture mozzarella cheese into thin strips and arrange them in a concentric wheel pattern, or melt the cheese slightly and use a piping bag filled with melted cheese to draw the web. To make the spider, place a whole black olive in the center of the web for the body, half of another olive for the head, and thin slivers of olives radiating outwards for the eight legs. Bake until the cheese is just melted but still holds its web-like shape. It is a visually striking lunch that tastes just as good as it looks.
