16. The Grand Cathedral Botanic Sanctuary

16

Imposing, majestic, and deeply sacred in its design, the Grand Cathedral Botanic Sanctuary treats plant life with divine reverence. Taking inspiration from Gothic cathedrals, the structure features flying buttresses built of Stone Bricks, tall pointed glass arches, and a massive central dome crowned with a towering golden cross or star symbol. High stained glass windows cast long, colorful rays of light across the expansive stone interior floor during sunset.

Inside, giant ancient-looking trees built from Jungle Wood and Oak Leaves stretch their branches like rib-vaulted ceilings. Central aisleways lined with polished Deepslate and White Carpet lead to a grand altar of nature, featuring a massive Spore Blossom suspended over a sacred healing pool. Candle clusters, Soul Sand fire braziers, and rows of pews surrounded by climbing ivy complete the feeling of a holy space dedicated to the preservation of life.
