How to Make It
- Fill Dust Vial: Take a tiny 15mm glass cork vial. Fill it with glow-in-the-dark phosphorescent powder mixed with fine iridescent glitter.
- Seal Cork: Apply clear epoxy glue to the cork stopper, press it firmly into the vial, and screw a small eye hook into the top of the cork.
- Prepare Crystal Drops: Attach wire-wrapped teardrop glass crystal charms to jump rings.
- Assemble Bracelet Chain: Cut a 7-inch bright silver cable chain.
- Attach Charms: Attach the pixie-dust vial directly to the middle link of the chain. Flank it on both sides with your crystal teardrop charms spaced 1 inch apart. Fasten a lobster clasp.
