3. Pumpkin Balloons

What You Need:

  • Orange balloons
  • Green streamers
  • Black construction paper
  • Tape

Instructions:

  1. Inflate the orange balloons and tie them off.
  2. Cut out eyes and a mouth from the black construction paper and tape them onto the balloons to create jack-o’-lantern faces.
  3. Use green streamers as vines, taping them to the top of the balloons.
