2. Mason Jar Lanterns
What you’ll need:
- Mason jars
- Fairy lights (available in the dollar section)
- Twine or ribbon
- Sand or small pebbles (for stabilization)
- Optional: Glass paint or frosted spray (for a decorative effect)
Instructions:
- Clean out the mason jars and paint the outside if you want to add color or a frosted effect.
- Pour a layer of sand or pebbles into the bottom of the jars for stability.
- Place the fairy lights inside the jar, making sure the battery pack can be accessed from the outside.
- Secure the mason jar lid, and tie a decorative twine or ribbon around the jar neck.
