Scattering images randomly can mirror mental chaos, whereas utilizing a deliberate, sacred geometry like the Golden Ratio or a high-frequency grid creates a sense of harmony, elegance, and purpose.
To build a high-frequency grid layout, divide your board visually into distinct energetic zones. Place your core identity anchor or primary personal affirmation right in the visual center—this acts as the heartbeat of your board. Anchor your spiritual and personal growth goals in the upper left, career and material expansion in the upper right, health and daily vitality in the lower left, and relationships and community in the lower right. Leave intentional negative space—blank background areas—between your curated images. Breathing room on your board signals to the universe and your mind that there is plenty of room for unexpected blessings and spontaneous growth to unfold.
