18. Rainbow Windsocks
Description: Create colorful windsocks to hang outdoors for spring breezes.
Materials Needed:
- Paper or lightweight fabric
- Streamers (various colors)
- Glue
- Scissors
Instructions:
- Cut the paper into a large rectangle and roll into a cylinder.
- Attach streamers at the bottom.
